We set the bar high for all our trainers/mentors at New Beginnings Adult Learning Center because we want our students to translate their willingness to learn to adaptive healthcare skills. We also strive to maintain the competence of our trainers by providing them with the needed resources/materials, according to their respective fields.
Each of our mentors has gone through a careful assessment concerning their experience, skills, personalities, and professional background. We require them to submit appropriate licenses or certifications. Also, we conducted a scrutinized interview to assess their personalities, skills tests to measure their capabilities, and background checks.
